What kind of websites were you planning to build?
My plan was to build a website to show etchings and drawings. The main goal is to show the work, but a secondary goal (still to be determined) could be to make it readily available for purchase.
How did you hear about Sandvox?
I found Sandvox on my Google search. It seemed to be highly recommended for Mac users, which made me investigate it in more detail.
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
I did try some other ways of building the website, based on what friends or family members had done. One company offered a simple self-design facility and a consultant service, but the self-design was either too complicated or too limited, and I thought I would continue trying to build this myself. I worked on the website for a while, and I got some helpful information from the people at Sandvox in response to my queries.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
It has an intuitive and clear way of working which captures much of the spirt of Mac applications. I have gone from having no knowledge of how websites are put together to having assembled my own website with a minimum of frustration, and I have enjoyed doing this.
What would be a good way to search for a program like Sandvox?

“So far this website is fairly simple, so all I have done is written text and insert jpegs. I did a version with links to PayPal that required inserting code, and though I decided not to use that, it worked well and I would be happy to try again should the need arise.”
