What kind of websites were you planning to build?

I needed a website for my start-up, a London-based copywriting agency, to display some of our top notch writing and also describe our services. Catchy Title is a new company so the main priority was to keep costs down, ruling out web designers. I'm no programmer though and I wasn't prepared to sacrifice design or usability so I checked to see if I could get decent results with some site-building software. Sandvox seemed bright and accessible - the perfect interface to house lots of textual content without boring people.

What made you decide to get Sandvox?

I settled on Sandvox because it scored highly in online user reviews as an intuitive piece of software, simple to pick up and packed with features to create professional-looking sites. In other words it was perfect for a total layman like myself as well as being super-compatible with my Mac. It was also very reasonable priced!

Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?

Sandvox has helped me to create to a stylish, user-friendly site that I can be proud of. I loved the varied designs and functionality and that I was able to realise my concept almost completely with the tools and objects provided. And I didn't have to resort to complicated code injections! For quick, stylish-looking sites that you can easily update and manage, it's perfect.

“I'm quite happy with the header. After experimenting with inserting logos and other objects etc - I asked the person who designed our logo to include a tagline and scale it precisely to the dimensions of the Sandvox banner which gives a clean and striking title to every page.”
