What kind of websites were you planning to build?
I was developing a website for the business owner, who is a family friend. She wanted a very simple website.
How did you hear about Sandvox?
I was looking on Google for a replacement for iWeb. I liked that it could import existing sites, as I have another site I need to move over to Sandvox to make updates soon.
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
I needed a replacement for iWeb. I liked that Sandvox could import existing sites, as I have another site I need to move over to Sandvox to make updates soon. I've already started and the import was flawless. I also like the out of the box templates that are available. There is a larger selection than other applications.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
Sandvox is easy to use, for both developing a site and uploading it. Adding a Google map is easy, although I had to use the html code from Bing since Google put the business in the wrong location and I am still waiting for it to be updated.
What would be a good way to search for a program like Sandvox?
The Gathering Place Antique Shop
“The business owner had chosen dark green for the business's logo. Since it is an antique shop, I wanted a look that would match. The green Outside the Lines design was perfect, since the background has a texture that looks like parchment paper.”
