What kind of websites were you planning to build?
We wanted to build a site to feature Carrie Melbourne's new music - something a bit different and something that would give her audience the opportunity to listen to the music and buy the CD. In addition, it was really important to make changes easily.
How did you hear about Sandvox?
Found it by searching Google.
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
We chose Sandvox after trying trial versions of many different website design tools. It was the range of designs, ease of use, and ability to quickly launch the site that initially sold the product. We wanted control over the site ourselves, without having to hire an outside consultant.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
Sandvox has worked for us primarily because of the amazing customer service. Every question and issue we've had has been resolved in a timely manner, and they go above and beyond what I would expect from a software company. We are still working on our website to get it the way we want it, but I expect that we will continue to receive excellent support to perfect it!
