What kind of websites were you planning to build?
Because I write songs at home, I built a blog called I Write Songs At Home. Its purpose is to encourage those who, like me, are not professional musicians in any sense to set up and use today's home recording technology to create their own music.
How did you hear about Sandvox?
I believe I ran across Sandvox in a CNET newsletter called Download Dispatch for Mac.
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
I was enticed to use Sandbox by the claim that it was the easiest Mac web site creation application. I had already built my site using the NVU open source application, but I felt Sandbox might provide an easier way to add blog updates which it did.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
The first thing that Sandbox immediately pleased me with happened when I transferred the content of my already existing site, whose design I was already happy with. I found the choices of new designs were even tighter and more professional. I was also thrilled about the ease in which I was able to add a user comment feature to the site. I was easily able to accommodate everything I had in the previous site, with an improved layout.
What would be a good way to search for a program like Sandvox?

I Write Songs At Home
“Almost as soon as I put the Sandvox site up I received an email in response to the site from a young man who said he had begun home recording at age 17. His songs had been rejected from a major music forwarding service and he wanted to send me his songs for advice on how to improve his lyrics....”
