What kind of websites were you planning to build?
I'd been using Dreamweaver and had a site for my jewelry and kaleidoscope business for years. It sorely needed an update.
I wanted a beautiful, modern, easy to scoot around on site that was ready for social networking. I didn't want to have to create a full size photo, then a thumbnail then link and so on. Sandvox filled the gap!
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
I'd tried another web design program but didn't care for it. I downloaded Sandvox and liked it right away. Especially helpful were the sites I was able to visit so I could base my design layout on another artists site.
I wanted to list a variety of items, show extra detail photos and have a shopping cart so it was quick and easy to make a purchase.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
I like to be able to change the whole design and look of my site with just a click and a few minor tweaks. this keeps my site looking fresh depending on the season.
I like that I can link my book on amazon too. plus flckr, plus facebook likes... yeah, almost everything.
What would be a good way to search for a program like Sandvox?
