What kind of websites were you planning to build?
Our club, the Shotover Four Wheel Drive Club, wanted a website that members could access to show latest information and also an extensive photo gallery to showcase pictures of recent trips and their vehicles.

What made you decide to get Sandvox?
After downloading and using the trial versions of all the Mac web builders I could find that were in my budget, I settled on Sandvox as my final choice. Yes there was a slight learning curve coming from iWeb, but nothing that a bit of practice couldn't overcome! I like the fact that there is a lively Sandvox forum, and that the company principals are actively engaging and answering questions. Sandvox obviously cares about their customers, and this is probably the main reason I went with Sandvox.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
Our website is predominantly a photo-based site, I really like the ease of uploading new images to various galleries. Sandvox seemed to have the best interaction here, and is the easiest to use. Uploading updates to my host is quick and painless. The latest web-compliant technology is very important. In short, I am glad I went with Sandvox, and I feel our site looks great, but I would say that!
