My website is designed to share the work I am doing with a broad audience of other academics and leaders in organizations around the world. My site includes information about my research interests, a bit about my biography and personal background, my curriculum vitae, and ways to connect with me about research, teaching or consulting.
Who is the target audience for your website?
I hope to share what I am working on with other academics interested in these topics, as well as with practitioners and leaders in all kinds of organizations, who might find my research and findings of value for how they lead in their own organizations.

I like the clean look of the site, and the color combinations that the design provided.
