Describe your website.

This a source for for professional homoeopaths. It deals with the vitalistic approach to homeopathic prescribing and case management in the practice. The vitalistic approach is not the traditional approach, but once was. It has therefore been modernised in a way that will make sense and appeal to the classical prescriber. Also, I expect the views expressed to generate controversy across the profession, as they will challenge the accepted mindset that incorporates a tolerance of failure to achieve that I personally do not subscribe to.

Who is the target audience for your website?

The target audience comprises professional and practical homoeopaths, homoeopathic pharmacists, lecturers, tutors, practice managers, writers and students. It is also aimed at naturopaths who incorporate homoeopathy in the practice. The site may attract the attention of critics of homeopathy, though this is is not intended.

What is the advantage of your website over others?

Other websites that deal with homeopathy are, for the most part, strongly embedded in a modern view of homoeopathy and admits of no revision, whereas this website is essentially revisionist. It is hoped that homoeopaths everywhere will learn a great deal from the website that they can use to improve the lives of their patients. However, I do not think of it as being competitive.

Tell us a story about this website.

Other homoeopaths have begun to comment on the website, saying that it is a great website in terms of both design and content.

Why did you use this Sandvox design?

I chose this particular particular Sandvox design, Clean Sheets, because it offers it seems to be well suited to a health profession, being clean and clinical to look at. Also, the design does not detract from the content, which is allowed to have it impact with minimum distraction.

What techniques did you use to build this website?

I used home page, about page, free ebook page; and collection comprising the following: The Vitalistic approach, Chronic Illness, The rights and wrongs of medicine, The scientific approach to medicine, A word about Homoeopathy2.0. There is also a blog and a contact page.
