Describe your website.
The website documents my design projects. I've had wonderful opportunities to create everything from huge commercial design, to wacky Christmas trees. By publishing my photos, people are able to imagine the variety of trade show booths, window displays, and residential projects I can pull off. Instead of lugging around a portfolio, I just show them my site.
Who is the target audience for your website?
Anyone in central Oregon or the Oregon Coast who needs help promoting their business or event, wants window displays, needs an interior decorator, or could use help with a design project.
What is the advantage of your website over others?
Oddly, most designers don't put in the effort to compile a website. That ship has sailed. If a designer hasn't learned to influence the information the web, I submit they stopped learning long ago.
Tell us a story about this website.
My business card is along the top banner on my site. Because it's not an average business card, it's seldom filed with the other business cards that are collected in the regular course of business. It's been a joke over the years, so I decided to document where people put my card. Those photos are located on my email page. Scroll down to be entertained!
Why did you use this Sandvox design?
The design of the site is critical. I wanted something that would make my pictures easy to view, and allow my content be the biggest feature.
