Describe your website.
My website shows examples of my doll making work. This varies from ‘Japanese traditional Hina’ dolls, to creative dolls. I work in a traditional way using wood, Japanese paper, silk, and white Spanish chalk (shell powder fixed with glue) and fine stone powder. I use Meiji, Taisho, Showa period cloths which were used 100 years ago. As time goes on, the way of thinking and the atmosphere [changes], to give the cloth some charm.
Who is the target audience for your website?
My target audience is publishers and artists' agents who may be searching for artists for a new project, and also anyone who would like to know more about my work and Japanese Hina dolls.
