Describe your website.

On our website, you will find all about MOMS - the legalities, the mission, the people. We have pages that describe the work we do, our curriculum for training, the women we service, and why we work in Sierra Leone. We have albums showing pictures of exotic places like Ngolahun and Gbalahun! If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, we have clear information and documents for your to download. ANd we make it easy to contact us to donate or to get on our mailing list.

Who is the target audience for your website?

We have two general audiences, but both include people who care about women and who have a sense of responsibility for helping those who are in need. One audience supports MOMS financially, and for them we want to report on what we have accomplished. The other audience includes potential volunteers.

What is the advantage of your website over others?

MOMS is in a category of one. Many non-profits work in Africa, but MOMS has a laser focus on developing capacity, rather than providing clinical experience for volunteers or carry bags of supplies that cannot be replenished by the "beneficiaries." MOMS teams teach independence, and we model that in all we do.

Why did you use this Sandvox design?

This design has some movement, and energy that represents MOMS. MOMS' official color is "Ocean Blue" and the site's blue background harmonizes with that.
