Describe your website.

This is a website detailing the history of our kennel and the current litter of Gordon Setter puppies born April 17th, 2012. We wanted an easy-to-view website for potential purchasers of our puppies and those just interested in watching our pups grow. Wanted to have a blog to give day-to-day updates and a page where we could make our "puppy cam" viewable.

Who is the target audience for your website?

Our audience is world wide, as we have Duurstede offspring all over the world.

What is the advantage of your website over others?

In my opinion, this is a very professional-looking that I would never have been able to produce without Sandvox. In the past I hand coded my site, and just a simple page took hours and hours. I was up and running with my basic information in less than half a day, and the whole site was operational in under two days. This site offers RSS, blogging, IM service and a very clean, easy-to-use experience.

Tell us a story about this website.

From the emails we are receiving, it is obvious we have a real following. The ease of use is something I would never have been able to achieve without Sandvox and that is a major contributing factor to our high number of hits.

Why did you use this Sandvox design?

I really wanted a clean look without a lot of distracting graphics as I knew I was going to use a lot of pictures, video and a cam. The amazing thing is just how easily you can change the theme if you want to "freshen" your look. A change is just a click away!

What techniques did you use to build this website?

There was nothing specific about integrating a cam into the website, but it was just a matter of injecting one line of code!
