Describe your website.

My website is designed to show off my wildflower art to current and prospective collectors. My goal is give visitors an easy way to view the paintings, learn a little about and my life as an artist, sign up for my e-newsletter, ready my blogs, follow me on Facebook and contact me.

Who is the target audience for your website?

My art, and therefore my website, is for people who are interested in colorful, bold art to brighten their homes and their hearts. While my work is inspired by the wildflowers of my native Texas home, because of the expressive, abstract style I use, they appeal to art and nature lovers around the world.

What is the advantage of your website over others?

There are a lot of artists out in the world. I wouldn't want to classify any of it as "good" or "bad" since beauty, as they say, is in the eye of the beholder. One thing I know is that when the right person sees my work, it speaks to them on a profoundly deep level. Just read the testimonials page on website and you'll see what I mean.

Tell us a story about this website.

Since I've only recently went "live" with my Sandvox site, I don't yet have any stories to tell. Hopefully, I will in the future!

Why did you use this Sandvox design?

I looked through all of the designs several times, narrowed it down and finally settled on the one I am using. I wanted my website to be classy and elegant. I didn't mind if it were somewhat playful, but I wanted to keep it professional. I also like the drop down menus and the arrows to click from one image to another once someone gets to my photo pages (online galleries). I also like that you can view the photos of the art in two way, all on one page and them click into an image to see it larger and simply arrow to the next image.
