My website tells potential clients about dog training and behavior modification available in Marfa and the Big Bend area of Texas. There are pages about Kathie Compton (me), services offered, my book, my calendar of events, training tips, and the Marfa Dog Blog.
What is the advantage of your website over others?
Frontpage is no longer supported by Microsoft and I wanted to use my Mac to build a new website (I do not run Windows on my Mac). I need to replace the old website quickly. I tried Dreamweaver but the learning curve was a problem. I was not motivated to learn to use it. I did not like the templates that came with it. With Sandvox, my creativity was encouraged, not squelched.
Tell us a story about this website.
Recently, I had an issue with a form from my old website that was still on the server somewhere. I called my web hosting company to help me find it. The tech told me he liked my new site. I love sincere, unsolicited compliments.
Why did you use this Sandvox design?
I like the simple, "clean" look of the template. The layout was easy on the eyes. I needed to use my own photo banner and this was one of the templates most compatible with the photo I had.
