Describe your website.
The Reactive Imaging website includes a creative blog that discusses advanced production tips using Adobe Photoshop; it offers reviews and announcements concerning hardware and software. News about business associations, trade shows, art papers, banners, banner stands and printing appeal to business owners that want to promote their companies. Designers achieve the best results from large format output by reading the Blog and FAQ.
Who is the target audience for your website?
Graphic designers, fine artists and businesses with booth tables at trade shows benefit from high quality products and services available at Reactive Imaging.
What is the advantage of your website over others?
Reactive Imaging offers color printing from a digital artists with decades of experience. Though many parts of a workflow can be automated, it often takes an artist to interpret appropriate color. While many print shops limit user paper choices, Reactive Imaging tests a wide variety of substrates and offers illustrated descriptions for customer selection. Furthermore Reactive Imaging sells only the highest quality banner stands for trade shows.
Tell us a story about this website.
The ability to exclude pages from the sitemap means I can build private pages. Such links have been used for special promotions to test consumer response to new products or offer discounts to select groups.
Why did you use this Sandvox design?
I'm featuring my third Sandvox design on the same site. The current one offers great flexibility with a customized header. The professional design is clean and does not compete with personally provided graphic elements elsewhere on the page.
What techniques did you use to build this website?
I was surprised how easy it was to integrate the PayPal shopping cart system into Sandvox. I also built a glossary of industry-specific terminology and provide links to it from other pages so visitors can read definitions without leaving the site.
