Describe your website.
We have information about the old timers who are long gone, woodsmen, guides and the like. These were rough characters with big hearts who took care of one another. We have photos of the log drives, the pulp booms, the tow boats used, and many old negatives scanned to show life there from 1850 to today. Our village association takes a lot of pride in sharing the history of this special place.
Who is the target audience for your website?
Our target audience is first of all our Association members, but also the audience is anyone who has an interest in Maine logging history and specifically the log drives and way of life miles and miles from nowhere.
Why did you use this Sandvox design?
We wanted something that reflected the woodsy theme we all share when we're at our camps in the middle of the Northern Maine Woods! This theme was perfect!
