Welcome to Saika Health! We're a Thai company producing a range of healthy and nutritious drinking vinegars made from organic rice, fresh fruit, and honey. Inspired by Japan, where one of our founders lives, all of our products are made with locally sourced ingredients. We use minimal processing to retain optimal flavour and natural nutrient balance.
Saika drinking vinegars have important functional benefits and can help individuals with weight loss, metabolic syndrome, high blood pressure and associated health issues.
Our name Saika is a combination of two Japanese Kanji characters. ”Sai” 彩 which means “beautiful colour balance” and “ka” 香 which means fragrant. All of our products are designed according to these values.
