Furthermore, my website contains information about the essential nutrient vitamin E, its uptake and metabolism, as well as on health benefits of other bio-active dietary substances, such as flavonoids and curcumin.

My website is primarily of interest for scientists working in the field of human nutrition and decision makers at funding organizations, who want to evaluate my scientific activity.
The website may also be of interest to companies of the healthcare and food industries looking for a competent consultant providing unbiased expertise on the health-benefits and/or risk assessment of micronutrients (primarily vitamin E) and nutraceuticals (e.g. flavonoids, curcuminoids, phenolic acids).
