What kind of websites were you planning to build?
I wanted to build a website for the non-profit group - The Junior Aid Society - that I am a part of. As part of building the site, I wanted to share what The Junior Aid Society does for the women and children's charities on Boston's North Shore and to provide information about membership, upcoming and past events, share photos and provide a place to purchase tickets to our events and apply for grant money.
How did you hear about Sandvox?
My husband helped me search for website design products. He is very experienced in website design but knows that I am not. He looked over the Sandvox product and was quite impressed. He told me to test it out and I found it to be so easy to use I looked no further - Sandvox was it for me.
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
I was looking for a user friendly, flexible and good looking website design product to promote the non-profit I am with and not spend too much money. Sandvox hit all those points for me.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
I love how simple it is to use. From adding photos to paypal buttons and publishing changes - I couldn't be more thrilled with this product.
What would be a good way to search for a program like Sandvox?
The Junior Aid Society
“The sandvox designs are so fantastic it was very hard to choose actually. The one we ended up using has a color palette that works with our logo and a banner and menu bar that works with the pages we wanted to list.”
