What kind of websites were you planning to build?
I enjoy outdoor and landscape photography and wanted to build a site that would allow me to share my images with family and friends. A website offered a simple straightforward way for everyone to few all of my images.
How did you hear about Sandvox?
I learned about Sandvox through Google, while searching for iWeb alternatives. I also checked out Rapid Weaver, SmugMug, Squarespace and Wordpress.
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
I'm not a web designer or programmer, but I still wanted control over the layout and navigation of my website. Based on my needs, Sandvox offered the most flexibility in a software package that was easy to understand and implement.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
It looks great. It works and I can make changes quickly and easily, even if I haven't updated the site in a few weeks. Plus, the sample websites and online tutorials are excellent.
