What kind of websites were you planning to build?
I built my Sandvox website in order to list my Rolfing business and to give interested people a place to learn about it on their own. Over time I hope to turn it into more of an information resource so people learn more about what Rolfing is and how it can help.
How did you hear about Sandvox?
I learned about Sandvox from a salesperson at my local Apple Store.
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
I don't know how to code (yet) and had built my original site with iWeb. Since Apple no longer supports iWeb, it was prudent to find a replacement. Since iWeb was so flexible and simple to use, replacement wasn't easy. Sandvox isn't iWeb, but that isn't all bad. Sandvox has features that iWeb never did, which I appreciate now. Sandvox also has some flexibility in its templates and great, great resources to learn how to make the most of the software.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
Sandvox has far more flexibility in its features and templates than I had expected it to when I downloaded the demo version. Amazingly, after importing what I could of my old site, it took me a matter of a few hours to have my new site ready to upload. Besides that, it was fun! Since then (only a few days so far), Sandvox continues to provide me with tips and warmth in its communiques.
