What kind of websites were you planning to build?
I wanted a fool-proof program that I could use to design and produce websites for my business and also personal use. For example, I did a family website as a part of our Christmas greeting (www.faulmannfamily.com). I also did a website which I'm continuing to add to, for a college reunion last spring. The website is a very good way to get news about activities out in a visual way.
How did you hear about Sandvox?
I learned about Sandvox through a university professor who used the program in his classes. Now retired he continues to use it to teach others who want to get into website design.
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
I like the ease of using it. Pictures are automatically resized and dropped into the text and page. It is also easy to upload via FTP to a host.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
I've gotten many compliments from friends on my sites; they all want me to teach them, so of course I'll have them purchase Sandvox.
What would be a good way to search for a program like Sandvox?
A web developer put me on to Sandvox.
