Describe your website.

My website is primarily to publish my articles, which can be about various things, such as politics, society, the philosophical approaches, technology and much more. I also dedicate myself to writing stories and trying to prove that there are good and original stories.
In this way I want to do well on photography or my modest contribution - just a hobby. Who else wants to learn more about me can also browse my blog.

Who is the target audience for your website?

Authors, publishers, agents and editors might be interested in my stories. Journalists perhaps for my article for additional research. Pirates will feel comfortable in my own case, since I understand very well with them:) Not to forget all those interested in a political sense and social critics like to discuss the world and what not to philosophize everything.

Why did you use this Sandvox design?

I like grey, dark and black/white themes and I found it hard to choose the right one. So far I tried smooth grey, which was a bit constrained and narrow in terms of layout. Then I went to clean sheets, but I didnt like the overall font size, the standard size is too small for higher res displays. Currently, I use distinction grey, too bad it is very white, but I can deal with that ;)

What techniques did you use to build this website?

I am a total beginner when it comes to this, but I really appreciated the ability to include injections and those pagelets in order to enable a Flattr button and a button for TipTheWeb, too bad I have a hard time to give those buttons a certain alignment for example within the sidebar, so they would be listed beside each other and not on top of each other. Oh well... :-P
