The web site contains information on a range of topics pertaining to the history and traditions of rugby union. It also contains detailed match records from all of the rugby world cup tournaments and information regarding the establishment and history of the International Rugby Board. The purpose is to provide the range of information in one location on the web.
Who is the target audience for your website?
The target audience is rugby union supporters who want to learn more about the game and to use the site as a source of information.
What is the advantage of your website over others?
The web site will embrace a more comprehensive range of topics than most other sites with some similar information.
Why did you use this Sandvox design?
The overall appearance was similar to what I wanted and in particular the colour scheme aligns with the site name (blackswans) and will be suited to posting photographs.
What techniques did you use to build this website?
I adopted accordion and will be incorporating a tabbed presentation of data in due course. I will also be linking to external sites.
