Describe your website.

G'Day (Hello) is the home page greeting with a brief intro and then its 1400GTR-LOG for all the interesting bits about my 1400 GTR. Relevant links can be found in 1400GTR-links and then a little about CbyC (Come By Chance). Yes! The motorcycle has a name. There's a BLOG link as well for all the little bits. Enjoy!

Who is the target audience for your website?

Motorcycle Sport Tourers and just Motorcycle Touring interest will find items and links of interest.

If you own a 14000GTR or Concours14 Kawasaki, have a browse.

What techniques did you use to build this website?

This site uses the SWD Grey design. The ability to insert my own header was a requirement and I wanted a darker design to represent the motorcycle colour. I have used a WEB LOG concept to allow flexibility in page use and to compliment/expand my use of a BLOG associated with the site.

The .id domain indicates a personal site so I have simply emphasised the site address in the header area and supported the use of a nickname to obtain the .id domain name by using 1400gtr's web home in the header area.

I believe that naming is important and the ability to use a short easy remember name is important for such free advertising as "word of mouth".

I have used many Sandvox features at 1400gtr. A previous site has successfully used Podcast, Youtube and hosting PDF documents for download as well. The nicety here is that I can in the future add/use any of the features of sandvox without having to make major changes to my site.
