Describe your website.

My website has one simply function - to act as a Gallery for my art. I work in multiple genres - Animals, Landscape, Nudes, Portraits, Scifi/Fantasy, Still Life and even Digital. Being able to create an individual gallery for each genre was vitally important, but having a menu structure that allowed people to browse without too many clicks mattered too. Plus, of course, I want people to be able to read my Blog, Contact Me, and to be able to provide Links to products, services and other artists that matter to me.

Who is the target audience for your website?

I'd say there are two audiences - art lovers who hopefully like the art I produce, and fellow artists (or aspiring artists) who find my work interesting from a technical point of view.

What is the advantage of your website over others?

There are so many artists out there, so it's important to have a website that looks good, is easy to navigate, and offers features that encourage people to visit again or just stay in touch. Sandvox has given me all of that :)

Tell us a story about this website.

I have been approached by a major Australian art magazine who wants to feature me in a future issue. Apparently a friend of the editor recommended me to them after seeing my website :)

Why did you use this Sandvox design?

I wanted a design that was simple, easy to navigate, looked good both on desktop and mobile browsers.
