My website is designed to inform people about my business offering structural engineering and energy engineering services to the residential and light commercial real estate markets.
Who is the target audience for your website?
My target audience is generally people involved in residential or light commercial real estate, either as an owner, buyer/seller, real estate agent, lender, contractor, architect, property manager, or insurance adjuster.
What is the advantage of your website over others?
My website offers potential customers educational items on how my business may help achieve solutions to resolve their project goals. My fees are more competitive and time to complete is top notch.

Why did you use this Sandvox design?
The particular design is a good fit for the company logo, including layout and color coordination. It is very professional looking, which is the image I'm trying to project to my customers. Less gimmicks and more substance.
What techniques did you use to build this website?
I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. Just inserted some photos as objects and generally wrote my own text. I did create a form for customers to order my services that works like a charm.
