What kind of websites were you planning to build?
I wanted to build a website to share my photography and to sell photographs.
How did you hear about Sandvox?
I found several possible website builders to replace iWeb (which had served me well but I wasn't sure about how much Apple would continue to support it). I tried MacFlux but it was more complicated than I wanted. Sandvox got high marks from reviewers, although I was a little concerned that it would be too "packaged" and not flexible enough to accommodate my sense of design.
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
The release of 2.6 convinced me to buy after I had tried it for a while, and even though the iWeb extractor wasn't entirely successful for me, I think I've been able to build a decent website.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
Given some familiarity with iWeb, it was pretty easy to find my way around Sandvox. What I didn't expect was the incredible level of support, both online and via email, that Karelia provides. Great job!
What would be a good way to search for a program like Sandvox?

“I really liked the colors in the green and brown design and the way the various elements of the pages work together. It has a mid-century (20th that would be!) modern look about it and it is clean so the photographs show off well and at the same time interesting to look at itself.”
