We started twenty years ago with the brilliant idea of providing a summer workshop for piano students. We now offer several fine arts courses and workshops and an annual recital. Our courses are designed for fun and education for a wide range of interests and ages.
Who is the target audience for your website?
The site appeals to parents and to students who range in age from young children to adults. Some courses are primarily for children. The piano and musical theatre courses are for children 10 years and older, for teenagers and for adults who want a chance to perform and improve piano skills or to be involved in musical theatre.

In the last five years, our summer school has moved from paper (newsletters) to depend almost exclusively on the website for conveying and receiving information and registration.
Why did you use this Sandvox design?
I chose Sandvox because I like to refresh the website every two or three years. This design was modern and simple, allowing the information to take precedence over the appearance while keeping a professional look. I will gradually add other features of Sandvox (e.g. podcasts) as we get the resources organised. The design allowed a theme that included a wide screen and space for a banner which I will create eventually.
