What kind of websites were you planning to build?

I am already using Sandvox to publish a couple of other websites, including my wife's business site. I'd been using Rapid Weaver to maintain the Interfaith Environmental Network site, but art the site grew more and more complex, RW couldn't seem to handle it: bugs showed up (navigation items linking to the wrong pages) and tech support was nonexistent. I got fed up and migrated the IEN site to Sandvox. It's now a pleasure to work with!

What made you decide to get Sandvox?

I love Sandvox because it makes it so easy to create a sharp looking web site and update it easily. I also like Sandvox because it's proven to be absolutely, reliably stable for me, unlike another, similar Mac OS program that whose name I won't mention but whose name rhymes with Vapid Beaver. ;-)

Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?

Sandvox is dead simple to use, yet flexible enough to create a beautiful web site that reflects my vision. And version 2.0 is a winner, offering more flexibility, as well as a plug-in system that will allow it to grow further. Bravo! Finally, Karelia tech support is tremendously responsive.

“I liked Square Perch because it's clean and easy to read, and because the green variant reinforces the "green" theme of the site. Additionally, the header font adds a "hip" or "playful" quality that we liked.”
