Describe your website.
My website is primarily to display home recordings, which consist of folk music, rock music, folk-rock music, demos, and to invite commentary on recording, mixing, mastering, and the entire recording process into MP3s. I hope that I will be able to meet fellow musicians, sound engineers, and mastering engineers from whom I can learn recording skills. Perhaps I can also meet band members who will help me to realize my musical ambitions as a songwriter.
Who is the target audience for your website?
People who like folk, rock, or folk-rock music. My contemporaries grew up listening to popular music in the 1960s and 1070s, and that period is the inspiration for my recordings.
What is the advantage of your website over others?
The only real advantage I see is that my songs are on the site. When I visit their sites I can listen to their songs.
Why did you use this Sandvox design?
I like its clean, minimalist look and the ability to insert photos and MP3 recordings.
What techniques did you use to build this website?
None really, my HTML skills are nonexistent.
