Describe your website.

The purpose of my website is to promote my candidacy for vice-president and president-elect of the American Rose Society. Its goals are to set forth my platform, list my supporters, provide a detailed biography of my contributions to roses and to display my sense of humor.

Who is the target audience for your website?

My website is of interest to rose growers who are members and prospective members of the American Rose Society.

Tell us a story about this website.

Here's an actual comment from a long-time columnist for the American Rose Magazine:

"As with the countless rose-related endeavors you have undertaken, the website is masterly constructed and contains a wealth of information that removes any doubts, if there were any, as to your qualifications to be the next Vice President of the ARS."

Why did you use this Sandvox design?

I liked the clean look of the design and the yellow matched the rose (which I hybridized) that is used in my logo.

What techniques did you use to build this website?

My wife, who is expert in PhotoShop created a custom banner that integrates a rose I hybridized
