Describe your website.

"Subundance" is designed to support dance, fitness, and wellness classes with instructor Susan Creighton, including: The MELT Method, Nia Technique, and my own blend of inspired movement!

The website includes Seattle area MELT Method workshop info, free MELT links, and an updated MELT Seattle event calendar.

Who is the target audience for your website?

My website and services are designed for all ages, all body types, and all levels of ability.

Folks who learn self-care techniques using The MELT Method, may be interested in reducing pain or pain management, or they may wish to improve alignment, mobility, flexibility, and strength.

Folks may also be interested in trying a Nia class, where we are having so much fun that we at times forget that we are exercising!

What is the advantage of your website over others?

Someone may chose to do business with me after visiting my website, because of the way that I structure my MELT Method workshops. I provide separate MELT Hand and Foot Technique Workshops and MELT Roller Techniques Workshops. I also provide a $5 credit towards the purchase of a MELT roller at the workshops, which is unique.

Tell us a story about this website.

My Sandvox website helped me to present a professional-looking website to support my services. It also gives me a great places to post the reviews that I receive from program participants @ http://subundance.com/the-melt-method-2/index.html

Why did you use this Sandvox design?

I chose the particular Sandvox design that I am using because it is professional, clean, and simple. I liked the color combinations, and the add-on options.

What techniques did you use to build this website?

HTML code injection is my son's specialty, and he helped me with that portion of the website.
