Describe your website.
I am mainly using my website to showcase my photography - both personal and professional. It allows me to share recent events, activities and photo shoots within my family as well as my photographer friends. I've also used this as a marketing tool to show a prospective client the work I am capable of performing.
Who is the target audience for your website?
First and foremost, I built my website for family and friends. Secondly, to showcase my work to a prospective client. But, anyone who appreciates nature, wildlife, birds and landscape photography would likely enjoy paging through the different photographic galleries I've shared.
Tell us a story about this website.
When I published my first draft of the website, I was soliciting input from my family. I wanted to ensure it was easy to navigate and that the controls were easy to understand.
The overwhelming response was I had accomplished that task!
Why did you use this Sandvox design?
I chose the "Imagine" design as it was simple and offered me the ability to use a wide graphic across the top. Navigation is clean and simple.
